Since the release of Dallin and Karree Larsen's first video announcement back in early October, we've been working around-the-clock to construct something real, something powerful, something special. Vasayo App Goes Live January 3 This hi-tech, hi-touch app puts Vasayo media at your fingertips, enabling you to consume and share Vasayo videos, images, and podcasts 'til your heart's content! Download the "Vasayo" app from the app store beginning January 3, and log in using your Vasayo username and password. When will product ship? Mid-January (exact date TBD). We're so excited for you to be among the first to receive these amazing products! When will my credit card be charged? and volume be credited to my account? Charges for the product and Product Packages you have previously selected in your VCloud Team Office, as well as the enrollment fee, will begin charging January 3. Due to the large volume of initial orders, we estimate this process could take up to two weeks to process all initial orders. This means that your initial order will process sometime between January 3 and January 13. Once your card is charged, your order will be in process and any associated volume will be credited to your account. Vasayo Support Closed Monday The Vasayo Support team will be off on Monday (Jan. 2) in observance of the New Year's Day holiday.
